Account Executive – International Markets (AI SaaS)

Do you enjoy solving complex problems, aligning teams around innovative solutions, and being at the forefront of the generative AI revolution?

At Mendo, we make generative AI accessible and impactful for everyone through a platform designed to help organizations adopt AI directly within their daily workflows.

Our platform is integrated into the tools employees already use, gamified, and designed for business teams (Sales, Marketing, HR, etc.).

Today, we work with 100+ large organizations, mainly CAC40 and SBF120 companies such as Engie, Bouygues Telecom, Yves Rocher, Groupama, and more.

Following our €3M fundraising, we are expanding our commercial team and looking for bilingual Account Executives to develop our presence across European markets.

🌍 We are primarily targeting German, Spanish, Italian, and English-speaking markets.


🎯 Your role

As an Account Executive, you will drive the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing strategic deals with large organizations.

Your responsibilities

Identify and prospect

  • Target large enterprise accounts across European markets

  • Engage with key decision-makers such as C-level executives, CIOs, and CTOs

Build relationships

  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders involved in the buying process

  • Become a trusted advisor for AI adoption within organizations

Drive the full sales cycle

  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing

  • Focus on high-impact, strategic projects

Market intelligence

  • Stay ahead of market trends and customer needs

  • Adapt sales strategies to evolving AI adoption challenges

Cross-team collaboration

  • Work closely with Product and Customer Success teams

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction


This role is for you if…

Sales experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in B2B SaaS

Strong communication

  • Comfortable interacting with C-level executives and technical stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, etc.)

Academic excellence

  • Graduate from a top business school or academic background demonstrating strong performance

Growth mindset

  • Strong curiosity and desire to learn

  • High level of initiative and ability to thrive in a demanding environment

Language proficiency
Fluent in one of the following languages:

  • German 🇩🇪

  • Spanish 🇪🇸

  • Italian 🇮🇹

  • English 🇬🇧

Déroulement des entretiens

Notre process (3 à 4 semaines)

  1. R1 — Phone screening (20 min) avec notre People Lead — on apprend à se connaître, on cale les attentes

  2. R2 — Deep dive (60 min) avec un·e Lead Mendo — métier, parcours, culture

  3. R3 — Case study (90 min) — mise en situation sur un sujet réel du poste, debriefée à chaud avec l’équipe

  4. R4 — Founders fit (45 min) avec Alex & Quentin — vision, ambitions, package

Décision sous quelques jours, avec un debrief honnête quoi qu’il arrive. Reference checks faites en parallèle. Le café avec l’équipe ? On le garde pour ton premier jour.
