We’ve recently completed a successful fundraising round and are looking for a driven Account Executive to help us expand further. With a high win rate and uncapped commissions, Mendo offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a booming market.

Your Mission

As an Account Executive, you'll focus on driving new business opportunities with large enterprise clients. If you're experienced in B2B SaaS sales, especially selling to IT leaders (CIOs, CTOs), and have a hunter’s mentality, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

🎯 Identify & Prospect: Target large enterprise accounts, focusing on IT leaders like CIOs and CTOs.

💼 Build Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the sales process.

📈 Close Deals: Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on strategic, high-value clients.

🔍 Market Insights: Stay ahead of market trends and customer needs to offer tailored solutions.

🤝 Collaborate: Work closely with the product and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction of new clients.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ SaaS B2B Sales Experience: 3+ years in SaaS sales with proven success selling to enterprise clients.

✔️ Experience with IT Leaders: Experience selling to IT executives such as CIOs or CTOs is a plus.

✔️ Hunter Mentality: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love chasing new opportunities.

✔️ Drive for Excellence: You have a track record of exceeding targets and bringing in high-value clients.

✔️ Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in French and English.

Recruitment Process

  • First discovery call with Chloé, our Talent Acquisition Manager

  • First interview with Clément (Sales Manager)

  • Case study and technical interview with Clément (Sales Manager) and a member of the Sales team

  • Meeting with the Mendo team

  • Final round with the two co-founders, Quentin (CEO) and Alexandre (CTO)

Déroulement des entretiens

Notre process (3 à 4 semaines)

  1. R1 — Phone screening (20 min) avec notre People Lead — on apprend à se connaître, on cale les attentes

  2. R2 — Deep dive (60 min) avec un·e Lead Mendo — métier, parcours, culture

  3. R3 — Case study (90 min) — mise en situation sur un sujet réel du poste, debriefée à chaud avec l’équipe

  4. R4 — Founders fit (45 min) avec Alex & Quentin — vision, ambitions, package

Décision sous quelques jours, avec un debrief honnête quoi qu’il arrive. Reference checks faites en parallèle. Le café avec l’équipe ? On le garde pour ton premier jour.
