🎯 Senior AI Engineer

We're seeking an experienced and visionary Senior AI Engineer ready to lead and drive the development of innovative, impactful, and scalable AI solutions to reshape personalized education.

🔍 What you'll do:

• Play a key role in shaping and building our AI team from the ground up, you won’t just be joining the journey, you'll help define its direction, culture, and long-term impact.
• Lead the strategic selection and application of state-of-the-art AI models and approaches, understanding their strengths and weaknesses across tasks.
• Design and develop sophisticated multimodal AI features that align seamlessly with our personalized learning philosophy.
• Architect and build advanced agentic systems that interact, adapt, and enrich educational experiences.
• Create advanced AI pipelines that simplify and systematically solve complex problems.
• Leverage prompt optimization, fine-tuning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to maximize model effectiveness and reliability.
• Proactively identify weaknesses and bottlenecks in our current AI pipelines, and bring forward innovative, pragmatic solutions that push our technology (and our mission) further.

🛠 What we're looking for:

• Extensive experience (3-5+ years) in developing and implementing AI models, with a focus on LLMs and multimodal architectures.
• Deep understanding of different LLMs, including their strengths, weaknesses, and ideal use cases.
• Proven ability to design and deploy autonomous or multi-agent AI systems.
• Production-level experience with Generative AI and familiarity with building scalable, efficient AI solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Strong reasoning skills: ability to break down complex problems using first principles, structure ideas clearly, resist biases, and manage key details carefully.
• Curiosity and a willingness to continuously learn new technologies and frameworks in AI.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
• A track record of translating complex business requirements into robust technical solutions is advantageous.
