Yoto’s Systems Operations Team
Forming part of the global Yoto Operations team, the Systems Operations Team is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of information between our software tools as well as streamlining and optimising all systems usage across the business. Working closely with all teams in the wider business, the Systems Operations team ensures systems meet the business’s requirements as we scale so we are able to grow sustainably. The Systems Operations team is key in driving operational excellence - focusing on automating manual processes allowing Yoto to expand without continuous hiring, and the seamless integration between all of Yoto’s key platforms.
What you’ll be doing:
Ticket & Support Management
Act as the first responder for Systems Operations queries and issues
Triage, resolve or escalate tickets using the team’s task tracker
Progress tickets with clear updates, assigned owners, and realistic deadlines
Maintain queue hygiene by reassigning, closing, or removing accidental tickets
Review and improve the ticket submission form to reflect evolving needs
Platform & Access Support (with 3rd-party IT provider)
Manage access and permissions in collaboration with our IT support partner
Help manage Okta groups, permissions, application installs, and workflow setup
Provide first-line support for platforms including Google Workspace, Okta, MDM tools, and Shopify
Run monthly license checks with Finance using our asset and license management tool
Conduct regular access reviews to ensure correct permissions across systems
Assist in onboarding new platforms, including SSO setup and basic access configuration
People & Process
Support new starter and leaver processes, including basic onboarding/offboarding workflows
Maintain email groups and carry out periodic reviews for accuracy and housekeeping
Collaborate with business teams and our external IT provider to support shared processes and tooling
Documentation & Collaboration
Maintain and improve internal support content using Notion
Create and update Service Management documentation, including SOPs and knowledgebase articles
Circulate reports and updates to stakeholders as needed
Support Systems Operations projects and provide general team support
Ensure all responsibilities are carried out in line with team policies, training, and security standards
What you’ll bring:
2+ years in a similar IT support or systems coordination role
Proven experience supporting multiple cloud-based tools in an admin or technical support capacity
Confident managing tickets and contributing to process improvements
Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and follow-through
A service-first attitude, focused on resolving issues efficiently and professionally
Friendly, proactive, and comfortable working with colleagues across the business
Able to work independently and as part of a fast-paced hybrid team
Technical and practical skills:
Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Okta, and MDM solutions
Experience supporting MacOS and Windows environments
Familiarity with service management tools (e.g. Jira, Zendesk, Freshservice)
Understanding of automation and IPaaS platforms plus a curiosity about emerging tech (especially AI.) Nice to Have:
Exposure to supply chain/logistics workflows
Bonus: experience with Shopify and/or NetSuite
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 based on experience

Flexibility: Hybrid working - expectation of 1 day a week on average, but you are welcome to come in more than this. How you meet the minimum expectation is up to you, to ensure you're happy and productive in your role whilst also getting that vital face time with your colleagues. Take advantage of our ‘work from anywhere’ policy to work from a different location for up to 6 weeks every year. Summer Hours policy to use between the months of June and August.
