Senior Paid Social Manager

We are looking for a data-driven, creative, and highly strategic Senior Paid Social Manager to lead our paid media efforts across platforms like Meta, TikTok etc. across multiple global markets. You will own full-funnel social campaigns end-to-end; from collaborating with our Creative Studio team on impactful creatives, activation and reporting to ultimately reach and acquire new families into the Yoto world through efficient media metrics.

The ideal candidate lives in the data with key attention to detail, but also understands the importance of creatives; knowing that a winning campaign requires both technical precision and compelling storytelling.

What you’ll be doing
:
  • Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.) to meet specific KPIs (CAC, ROAS). Understanding a specific approach in each market approach based on brand maturity.

  • Budget Management: Owner of Paid Social budget, ensuring optimal allocation across platforms and campaigns to maximize growth.

  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with the creative team to brief, test, and report on performance to ensure continuous improvement with what really engages with our audiences

  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Maintain a rigorous testing roadmap—experimenting with audiences, bidding strategies, landing pages, and creative hooks.

  • Advanced Analytics: Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights. You should be comfortable with multi-touch attribution, MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling), and platform pixel data.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Present weekly/monthly performance reports to leadership, translating complex data into clear "so-what" narratives.

  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor industry trends and alpha/beta features to keep our brand at the forefront of digital marketing.

What you’ll bring:
  • Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in paid social media, preferably in a high-growth D2C environment.

  • Platform Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager. Experience with additional platforms is a major plus.

  • Analytical Rigor: Proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.

  • Technical Literacy: Solid understanding of end-to-end campaign activation, from building ads to ensuring trackability of results.

  • Creative Eye: Ability to identify "winning" creative early and provide constructive feedback to designers.

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 based on experience

  • Flexibility: Hybrid working - expectation of 1 day a week on average in our London office, but you are welcome to come in more than this. How you meet the minimum expectation is up to you, to ensure you're happy and productive in your role whilst also getting that vital face time with your colleagues. Take advantage of our ‘work from anywhere’ policy to work from a different location for up to 6 weeks every year. Summer Hours policy to use between the months of June and August.
