- You build and run the Founders Office as a trusted partner to the founders, taking full ownership of company-wide projects
- You take ownership not just of projects, but of how the company runs: cross-functional initiatives, founder priorities, and the connective tissue between teams
- You're as comfortable designing a process as you are personally executing it, scaling your own role out of existence as the company grows
- You bring 2–4 years of experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment, consulting, investment banking, or VC – for example as a Strategy Consultant, Management Consultant, Investment Banking Analyst/Associate, VC Analyst/Associate, Founder's Associate, Business Analyst, Business Operations Manager, or Project Manager
- Alternatively, you bring at least 2 years of experience as a Founder, Co-Founder, or Managing Director of your own company – whether it scaled, exited, or taught you hard lessons
- A genuine founder mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, biased toward action, and energized by 0-to-1 problems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with a proactive, hands-on mindset
- You communicate fluently in both English and German, written and verbal, and can convey complex ideas concisely to different audiences
- You thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and are a self-starter with a high sense of ownership and the ability to work independently
- Genuine interest in contributing to our goal of energy-efficient buildings and a sustainable future
