We need you to take our software solution to the next level!

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join us on this journey and take our product from MVP to a fully fledged, scalable solution. As a key member of the team, you will shape and execute on the technology aspects of the solution. This role combines product design and development across the entire technology stack from infrastructure to UI.

Contributions to product strategy, including new product ideas, are welcomed.

Dublin, Ireland. While you can do the majority of your work remotely, you will need to meet in-person with the rest of the team from time to time. Only candidates based in or near Dublin will be considered.

In this role, you will:

• Work closely with the founding team to define product and engineering roadmaps.
• Interface directly with customers and iterate towards optimal experiences.
• Own and ship features quickly and to a high standard, from inception to implementation.
• Advance your technical skills in all facets ranging from front end web development and user experience to machine learning.
  

• 6-month contract with a possibility to extend and a possibility to transition to permanent depending on performance.

• You have 4-7 years of experience and have architected, built, and delivered at least one complex system in a commercial setting.
• You are comfortable taking minimal specifications and turning them into functioning features or products independently.
• Experience with the following technologies is required:
• NextJS + Server Components
• Typescript
• Node / SQL
• GraphQL
• Python
• Docker / Containerization
• AWS (in particular, deploying and monitoring containerized services on AWS)
• Large Language Model APIs (e.g., OpenAI)
  

Experience with the following is a definite plus but not required:

• Experience in the HR space
• Experience building Payroll systems or HRIS systems.
• Experience with machine learning
• Experience with the following technologies is a plus:
• Terraform
• Github CI/CD
• Tailwind CSS
