Job Title: Founder's Associate

Location: Hybrid (Dublin, Ireland)

Salary: €36,000 gross per year

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

This is a high-impact, generalist role working directly with the leadership team of a fast-growing HR tech startup. You’ll get exposure to every part of the business - sales, marketing, product, and operations - helping scale a mission-driven tech company that’s making pay more transparent and fair across Europe.

It’s ideal for someone early in their career who thrives in fast-paced environments, wants high ownership, and is excited to learn how startups grow from the inside out.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Sales & Customer Enablement

  • Support the sales process with demos, proposals, decks, and materials
  • Track and manage pipeline activity using Hubspot
  • Assist with onboarding and training for new customers

2. Marketing & Content Creation

  • Maintain and update the company website (Framer or similar CMS)
  • Write blog posts, product guides, and customer communications
  • Create content assets such as videos, slide decks, and social media posts

3. Events & Customer Engagement

  • Organise and run webinars, client workshops, and in-person events
  • Support customer success through Q&A sessions and ongoing support
  • Collect user feedback to inform product and customer experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills (e.g., blog posts, videos, scripts, slides)
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Experience with tools like Canva, Hubspot, Framer (or similar CMS)
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and quick to figure things out independently
  • Experience using project tools like Linear, Notion, or Trello

Skills/Preparation Required

  • 2+ years' experience in a startup, consulting, investment banking, or other fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience supporting commercial or client-facing projects
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Working Environment

  • Hybrid work based in Dublin
  • Fast-paced, collaborative startup environment with shifting priorities
  • Some travel or evening work may be required for events or key client work
  • High autonomy and regular exposure to strategic and leadership-level work
  • Learning opportunities across departments with potential for fast progression
