Founders Team

MyEdSpace is an education technology platform that connects the best teachers on the planet with the students who need them the most - wherever they are, whatever their means.

Backed by $15m in Series A funding from some of the leading investors in the space, we're ready to scale - and we want you to help us build and scale MyEdSpace as part of a collaborative and ambitious team.

We're on a mission to make a world-class education accessible to all.

We believe that every child deserves access to quality education, regardless of geography or socioeconomic background, to achieve their dreams and build a brighter future.

If you’re motivated by solving meaningful problems and creating real impact through your work on a societal level and make a real impact on the world - we’d love to hear from you!

About the role

Sitting within the Founder's Team at MyEdSpace, this role is designed for someone who combines analytical rigour with a bias for action. You will move between strategy and execution; helping define company priorities, driving key initiatives forward, and ensuring the organisation operates effectively as we scale.

It is a high-exposure role with significant responsibility. Founder's Associates are the owners of critical projects, working across growth, product, operations and people to turn ideas into results.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to learn how a venture-backed company is built and scaled, with exposure to strategic decision-making across the entire organisation.

Responsibilities

You will be expected to:

  • Work closely with the founders to shape and execute strategic priorities across the company

  • Lead and support cross-functional initiatives, coordinating teams and ensuring projects move from concept to delivery

  • Own high-impact projects such as market analysis, financial modelling, operational improvements, and new product or market launches

  • Act as a connector across teams, ensuring information flows effectively and key decisions translate into action

  • Develop insights through data analysis, research, and structured problem-solving to support strategic decision-making

  • Monitor progress against company objectives and help keep the organisation aligned on priorities

Profile

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of analytical strength, operational execution, and intellectual curiosity.

We’re particularly interested in candidates who have experienced both structured professional environments and fast-moving startup settings.

You will likely have:

  • Around 5+ years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or a related field

  • Exposure to startup or high-growth environments (must have), ideally in an operational or execution-focused role

  • Experience in consulting, professional services, or other analytically rigorous environments

  • Strong academic track record

  • Excellent structured thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • The ability to take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive them through to resolution

  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders

  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience with modelling or data analysis

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams

We recognise that great candidates don’t always fit a single profile. If this role excites you but your experience doesn’t match every requirement, we’d still encourage you to apply.
