Manager: Content Lead
Location: Remote (UK hours required)
Contract Type: Part-Time
Hours: 4 hours per day, Monday–Friday
Hourly Rate: $4.25 → $340 per month

The Role
As a Social Media Manager at MyEdSpace, you’ll be responsible for managing and publishing content across our platforms on a daily basis. You’ll work closely with the Socials team to take content from final edit through to publication, ensuring posts are scheduled correctly, captions are accurate, and all content meets our quality standards.
The role is detail-driven and operational. You’ll own content scheduling, make final edits to videos and visuals, and ensure content is delivered consistently and on time. This role suits someone who is organised, reliable, and enjoys maintaining high standards across repetitive daily tasks.
The role is fully remote, with availability required Monday to Friday during UK working hours.
⚙️ What you’ll do
Own content scheduling across platforms, ensuring posts go out on time and correctly.
Publish content via Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and YouTube.

Edit short-form videos:
TikToks using Veed.
TikToks and Reels edited directly on mobile.
Design thumbnails optimised for clicks.
Generate clear, engaging captions tailored to each platform.
Edit and publish simple Reels.
Monitor basic performance and use insights to improve future posts.
Maintain extremely high attention to detail across all content.
Ensure spelling, formatting, pacing, visuals, and branding are always on point.
🙋 Who we’re looking for
At least 1 year of experience in social media or content.
Excellent written English with strong content creation skills.
Highly detail-oriented and quality-focused.
Familiar with social media tools, analytics, and best practices.
Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Comfortable editing on desktop and mobile.
Confident owning content scheduling.
Available Monday–Friday during UK hours.
Bonus points if you:
Have experience with Veed, Canva, or similar tools.
Have managed posting and scheduling across multiple platforms.
Have worked with education, creators, or content-led brands.
Understand what performs well on TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
