MyEdSpace is an education technology platform that connects the best teachers on the planet with the students who need them the most - wherever they are, whatever their means.

Backed by $15m in Series A funding from some of the leading EdTech investors, we're ready to scale - and we want you to lead the charge with us!

We're on a mission to make a world-class education accessible to all.

We believe that every child deserves access to quality education, regardless of geography or socioeconomic background, to achieve their dreams and build a brighter future.

So if you’re a top-performer, incredibly ambitious, and excited to redefine an industry on a societal level and make a real impact on the world - we’d love to hear from you!

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst who acts as a strategic partner to the business and takes ownership of building robust, scalable data products. This role goes beyond fulfilling ad-hoc requests: you will work directly with stakeholders to shape analytical vision, challenge assumptions, and design data solutions that are reliable, reusable, and aligned with long-term business goals.

You will help define what should be built—not just how—and ensure data products drive clarity, consistency, and decision-making across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field

  • Strong ability to translate business problems into scalable analytical solutions, not just reports

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with both standardized clean datasets and unstructured imperfect raw data

  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards, semantic layers and analytical products using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Holistics, Omni, dbt

  • Strong data storytelling and communication skills, including presenting trade-offs and recommendations

  • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and pushing back constructively when needed

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner closely with business and leadership stakeholders to understand objectives, decision frameworks, and long-term priorities

  • Act as a thought partner, helping stakeholders refine questions, challenge low-value requests, and focus on impactful, scalable solutions

  • Lead the design and development of robust data products such as standardized dashboards, metric layers, analytical models, and self-service tools

  • Define and document core metrics, KPIs, and data definitions to ensure consistency and trust across teams

  • Balance short-term business needs with a long-term analytics vision, reducing one-off analyses and technical debt

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve how data is consumed, governed, and operationalized

Our Hiring Process

We aim to keep the process efficient, transparent, and focused on mutual fit.

  1. CV Screening

We review applications to understand your experience in data analytics, stakeholder partnership, and building durable analytical solutions.

  2. Screening Call

A short conversation to get to know each other better.

You’ll learn more about MyEdSpace and how we work, while we’ll explore what motivates you, how you like to collaborate, and whether our ways of working align.

  3. Technical & analytical interview combined with scenario-based interview

    Two parts:

    1. A practical discussion covering SQL, analytical problem-solving, and how you structure analyses.

    2. A scenario-based interview where you’ll walk through how you:

      1. Translate ambiguous stakeholder requests into high-impact data products

      2. Push back on low-value or ad-hoc requests

      3. Design metrics, dashboards, or models that scale across teams

  4. Culture & Collaboration Interview

A closing conversation to ensure strong alignment with our values and ways of working.
