We are looking for a Finance Operations Specialist to manage our order-to-cash and accounts payable processes, while also supporting the management team with accurate reporting. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be closely cooperating with our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash

• Onboard new customer contracts and check if all required paperwork is complete (contracts, PO numbers, billing details).
• Issue invoices to customers and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate customer records in Exact Online and internal reporting sheets.

Accounts Payable

• Process and code supplier invoices in Exact Online.
• Set up and maintain vendor records, ensuring all suppliers are properly registered before payment.
• Schedule and execute payments on time.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Financial Administration

• Keep Exact Online and supporting tools (e.g. Liquid) clean, consistent, and up to date.
• Support month-end closing with accurate AR/AP data.
• Ensure documentation and audit trails are maintained.

Management Reporting

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management, using Exact Online, Liquid, or Google Sheets.
• Consolidate key metrics (revenue, expenses, cash position, AR aging, AP status) and provide actionable insights.
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests from leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years experience in finance, accounting, or business administration.
• Strong knowledge of AP/AR processes and financial administration.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (Exact Online a plus).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with reporting tools (Liquid a plus).
• Good command of English, both written and spoken (Dutch a plus).
• Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international scale-up environment.
