Job DescriptionLearnWise.ai is a scale-up modernizing educational institutions with virtual assistants, instructor efficiency, and student engagement solutions for higher education institutions. We are looking for an inspired and enthusiastic AE to join our team in a full time capacity.
You will have the chance to join a Venture Capital funded company with a track record of exponential growth. You will work closely with our leadership as a member of our LearnWise pack. We require creativity, innovation, and leadership from all team members including interns. You will drive these values on your team. You will have the freedom (and expectation from our leadership) to develop and implement your own ideas.
What you’ll do:
Business Development (45%)
- Strategize and implement inbound and outbound sales funnels
- Manage Interns and BDR’s
- Find new prospects via cold calling, email, conferences etc.
- Lead Key LearnWise AI demonstrations
- Negotiate and close LearnWise Deals
- Assist prospects to implement and test LearnWise in Proof of Concepts (POC’s)
Sales Support (30%)
- Strategize building custom demonstration environments
- Assist in ideating and developing marketing materials
- Write key sales milestone communications (business case, emails, proposals, etc.)
Provide knowledge & input on business strategy (15%)
- Work with CRO to evolve GTM Engine
- Create region specific GTM structure and plans
- Own hiring/firing for North American GTM team
- Develop sales playbook and market selection
- Work with LearnWise Reseller Partners to implement market strategy
Requirements:
- You are smart and love technology.
- You are fluent in English (spoken and written)
- You are driven to make a career in sales.
- You want to learn and work hard.
- Minimum 3 years work experience (preferably in a sales based role/company)
- Based in the Netherlands and willing to commute to Amsterdam.
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and passionate about improving higher education with technology
- Hungry to master sales and to learn about AI applications.
- You seek constructive criticism and are direct and open with others
- You have experience with client-facing roles
