As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a critical role in the sales engine by initiating conversations and qualifying prospects. Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns, maintaining a consistent pace of 100+ calls per day.
- Build immediate rapport with prospects to identify their pain points and business needs.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure a high-quality pipeline for the sales team.
- Schedule discovery calls and demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Meticulously track call outcomes and update lead information within the CRM.
- Overcome objections with professionalism and persistence to secure appointments.
- Proven experience in a high-volume outbound calling role (SDR, BDR, or Appointment Setter).
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed daily activity metrics (100+ dials).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
- Strong "resilience muscle"—the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated throughout the day.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and power dialing software.
- Highly organized with effective time management skills.
- Previous experience in a B2B sales environment.
- Knowledge of sales psychology and advanced objection-handling techniques.
- Familiarity with the specific industry or niche served by the team.
