Job Summary

As a Graphic Designer at the heart of this creative team, you will be the visual storyteller responsible for elevating brand presence across every digital touchpoint. This isn't just about making things look good; itโ€™s about designing high-impact visual content that stops the scroll, drives demand, and generates real results for a global portfolio of ambitious clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Design: Conceptualize and execute high-quality graphics for LinkedIn and other major platforms, including carousel posts, branded visuals, and thought leadership assets.
  • Brand & Campaign Design: Develop creative concepts for demand generation activities, designing visuals for webinars, events, lead-gen reports, and promotional content.
  • Website & Digital Design: Support web projects by creating page designs, custom icons, illustrations, and visual elements that bridge the gap between aesthetics and user experience.
  • Guide & Asset Creation: Transform complex ideas into polished marketing assets, such as professional eBooks, whitepapers, and downloadable resources with a focus on readability and layout.
  • Creative Development: Continually push the boundaries of the team's creative standards by testing new formats, staying ahead of design trends, and evolving client brand aesthetics.
  • Collaboration & Delivery: Manage projects from concept to completion, working closely with marketers, videographers, and leadership to meet deadlines in a high-growth environment.
  • Design Excellence: A strong portfolio demonstrating a modern aesthetic and an eye for high-end, engaging visual design.
  • Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a deep understanding of Canva for collaborative workflows.
  • Social Media Savvy: A proven understanding of what captures attention on professional platforms like LinkedIn and how to design for engagement and performance.
  • Detail-Oriented: A meticulous approach to design, ensuring every pixel is aligned and every asset is polished before delivery.
