Job Summary

At the heart of the no-code revolution, this team empowers businesses to streamline operations and drive innovation through platforms like Zapier, Pipedrive, and SmartSuite. As a Business Development Administrator, you will be the engine of growth, identifying and engaging prospective clients for automation, AI, and no-code consultancy services. This is a revenue-focused, client-facing role for a tech-savvy professional who can credibly engage senior decision-makers and bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, enrich data with tools like Lusha, and manage outbound campaigns via Dripify.
  • Appointment Setting & Nurturing: Qualify inbound and outbound leads, monitor website intent signals, and maintain automated email sequences to ensure a healthy pipeline of sales calls.
  • Sales Engagement: Conduct initial discovery calls to assess fit, triage opportunities to technical consultants, and create professional proposals.
  • Pipeline Management: Take full ownership of HubSpot CRM data, tracking deal progression and providing reporting insights to the leadership team.
  • Follow-up & Growth: Re-engage stalled leads, manage post-signature follow-ups, and identify opportunities to upsell services to existing clients.
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, ideally within SaaS or consultancy.
  • Hands-on proficiency with CRM platforms (specifically HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Demonstrated experience using outbound sales tools and data enrichment workflows.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to engage C-level stakeholders.
  • Highly organized approach to follow-ups, prioritization, and time management.
  • A tech-savvy mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for learning new tools and systems.
