We are seeking a high-impact outbound sales professional to serve as a key driver at the top of our sales funnel. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, transforming cold leads into warm opportunities through strategic outreach. Key Responsibilities
- Execute a high volume of daily outbound cold calls to US-based prospects.
- Own the initial stages of the sales cycle by qualifying leads and booking discovery meetings.
- Navigate and overcome complex objections with confidence and professional control.
- Utilize and refine provided scripts while maintaining the agility to adapt conversations in real-time.
- Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and lead statuses within the CRM.
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to optimize messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Proven experience in professional cold calling with a documented track record of hitting or exceeding performance targets.
- Exceptional command of the English language with clear, fluent speech and the ability to build immediate rapport with US-based stakeholders.
- Mastery of objection handling and the ability to drive high-pressure conversations toward a positive outcome.
- Technical proficiency with CRM tools and standard sales productivity software.
- Ability to work full-time hours aligned with US Eastern Time (EST).
- A resilient, self-motivated mindset with the discipline to work effectively in a fully remote setting.
