Job Summary

Join a leading UK-based B2B technology provider that is revolutionising industrial coding, marking, and labelling operations for manufacturers across Europe. This is a pivotal remote role for an ambitious sales professional who excels at outbound prospecting and thrives in a technical, process-driven environment. You will be responsible for fueling the revenue engine by identifying high-value opportunities and engaging key decision-makers within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Master the technical nuances of the company’s hardware and SaaS product suite to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Identify and qualify leads within the industrial machinery and manufacturing space.
  • Book high-quality discovery meetings for the senior sales team to ensure a consistent pipeline.
  • Maintain meticulous records within the CRM (Hubspot/Salesforce) to track lead progress and activity metrics.
  • Handle complex objections with professional resilience and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Minimum of 1+ year of experience in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, or a remote SDR role.
  • Direct experience or a strong background in selling industrial machinery or technical B2B solutions.
  • Proven track record of success in cold calling and managing a high volume of outbound activity.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English, with the confidence to engage and influence UK-based buyers.
  • Highly proficient in using modern CRM tools and sales tech stacks.
  • Disciplined and self-motivated to exceed KPIs in a fully remote work environment.
  • Resilient, professional, and coachable, with a drive to master the full sales cycle.
  • Previous experience selling to the manufacturing or logistics market.
