We’ve grown from $0 to $7m ARR in 20 months. Now we're hiring our first marketing lead (and if it goes well, our future CMO 😉).

The goal: make Huzzle the first name that comes to mind when a company thinks about hiring offshore talent and when candidates think about where they want to find work.

Your responsibilities

  • Marketing end-to-end. Define what Huzzle stands for and make it show up everywhere - ads, website, content, candidate experience.
  • A content engine that ships consistently. Blog, socials, PR, etc.
  • Working with our paid team to scale what's already working.
  • Managing every other marketing channel that we haven't touched yet.
  • A unicorn. Good at both sides - brand and growth - with the ability to run the function in full.
  • You've owned marketing (or a big chunk of it) at a $5-30m ARR company.
  • Built a content engine from scratch.
  • You think like a growth marketer. You measure what you can + run experiments.
  • You think in systems.
  • AI-native (we build a lot of our internal stack in Lovable so you need to be comfortable with these tools).
  • Bias to action
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or another fast-growth industry.
  • Competitive base
  • Full ownership from day one and a real path to CMO
