Job Summary

We are hiring a highly skilled Media Buyer (with Go High Level ownership) to take ownership of full client campaign builds from kickoff to launch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in execution-heavy environments and has hands-on experience building Meta ad campaigns, GoHighLevel systems, funnels, automations, and landing pages for B2B clients.

You will work directly with digital marketing agency clients, managing the technical setup behind their lead generation infrastructure and paid campaigns. This is not a passive support role — you will lead builds, communicate with clients, troubleshoot in real time, and ensure every launch is fully operational and conversion-ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and launch Meta paid media campaigns from scratch for B2B agency clients.
  • Set up Meta Business Manager, ad accounts, Meta Pixels, Conversions API (CAPI), and audience structures.
  • Upload ad creatives and copy, organize campaigns and ad sets, and prepare campaigns for launch.
  • Conduct detailed QA checks before campaigns go live to ensure tracking, integrations, and conversions are functioning properly.
  • Build high-converting landing pages inside GoHighLevel with a mobile-first approach.
  • Configure forms, thank-you pages, confirmation flows, and lead routing systems.
  • Ensure all pages are connected correctly to pipelines, automations, and reporting systems.
  • Build complete GoHighLevel systems including pipelines, opportunity stages, custom fields, tags, email and SMS nurture automations, missed-call text back workflows, speed-to-lead systems, calendar integrations, lead source tracking, and reporting.
  • Follow established internal build standards and execute consistently at a high level.
  • Lead kickoff and implementation calls with clients.
  • Gather technical requirements, manage timelines, and remove blockers.
  • Walk clients through completed builds and explain systems clearly.
  • Support live launches and troubleshoot issues in real time.
  • Document completed setups and hand off projects cleanly.
  • Proven experience building and launching Meta ad campaigns for agencies, clients, or in-house brands.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Business Manager, ad account setup, tracking pixels, and Conversions API.
  • Advanced GoHighLevel experience including funnels, pipelines, automations, integrations, and CRM setup.
  • Experience running client-facing calls and explaining technical concepts clearly.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high standard for QA and execution.
  • Ability to work quickly, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-managed and highly accountable in a remote work environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup.
  • Experience working directly with B2B digital marketing agencies.
  • Experience with Zapier, Make, or other advanced automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with dashboard and reporting integrations tied to Meta and GoHighLevel.
  • Project management experience handling multiple client launches at once.
