Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and creative Media Buyer / Meta Ads Expert with hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid social campaigns that generate qualified leads, sales, and revenue growth.

This role is ideal for someone who understands performance marketing, audience targeting, conversion optimization, and data-driven campaign scaling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, launch, and manage high-performing Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and weekly performance reports.
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize profitability and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
  • Implement retargeting and funnel strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Stay up to date with Meta Ads platform changes, trends, and best practices.
  • Track conversion events using Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and analytics tools.
  • 3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for eCommerce, lead generation, or digital brands.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising strategies.
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably.
  • Experience with audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Experience working remotely with international teams is a plus.
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization and funnel strategy is preferred.
