Job Summary
We are hiring a remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong background in B2B tech and SaaS sales and lead generation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound prospecting within fast-paced SaaS environments, enjoys engaging senior decision-makers, and is motivated to build a high-quality pipeline for Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting targeting B2B tech and SaaS companies via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify and qualify high-value B2B SaaS leads, including founders, executives, and key decision-makers
- Book high-quality meetings and product demos for Account Executives within the SaaS sales funnel
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect and pipeline data
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine SaaS-focused outreach strategies and messaging
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to pipeline generation and SaaS revenue goals
- Build strong relationships with potential clients and stakeholders in tech-driven organizations
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or similar role in B2B tech or SaaS sales
- Proven track record in B2B outbound sales, SaaS lead generation, or software sales environments
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (verbal and written), with the ability to explain technical or SaaS products clearly
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) within a SaaS sales process
- Comfortable handling cold outreach and overcoming objections in competitive tech markets
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics, sales cycles, and buyer personas is highly preferred
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work in a remote, high-performance sales team
- Stable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
