Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Sales Development Representative (English/French) with experience in outbound B2B sales. This role is ideal for a driven, results-oriented professional who excels at lead generation, prospecting, and building early-stage relationships with decision-makers. You will play a critical role in generating qualified opportunities and supporting the sales pipeline across both English- and French-speaking markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify and qualify B2B leads, focusing on decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Engage prospects in both English and French, tailoring messaging to different markets
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and product demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine targeting strategies and messaging
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline generation
- Research target accounts and industries to personalize outreach and improve conversion rates
- 3–4+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar outbound sales role
- Proven B2B sales experience (strongly preferred)
- Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written)
- Demonstrated success in cold outreach, lead generation, and pipeline building
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
- Strong communication, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Experience selling into international markets is a plus
