Job Summary
We are hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 3–4+ years of B2B sales experience to drive outbound prospecting, generate qualified leads, and build a strong sales pipeline. This is a high-impact remote SDR role ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a proven track record in lead generation, cold outreach, and booking high-quality meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold calling, email, LinkedIn outreach) to generate qualified B2B leads
- Identify, research, and engage key decision-makers within target accounts
- Book high-quality discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
- Maintain and manage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with accurate activity tracking
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and messaging
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs including call volume, email outreach, and meeting quotas
- Qualify prospects based on ICP criteria and ensure smooth handover to closing teams
- Continuously refine sales scripts and outreach tactics based on performance data
- 3–4+ years of experience in a B2B Sales Development Representative or outbound sales role
- Proven track record in lead generation, cold outreach, and pipeline building
- Strong experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
- Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
- Experience targeting decision-makers in mid-market or enterprise companies
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft) is a plus
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
