Job Summary
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven experience selling SEO or digital marketing services. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline generation.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the value of SEO, can confidently communicate ROI to potential clients, and thrives in a target-driven sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify and qualify potential clients in need of SEO and digital marketing services
- Clearly articulate the value of SEO, PPC, and content marketing solutions
- Book qualified discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Collaborate closely with marketing and closing teams to optimize outreach strategies
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly lead generation and pipeline targets
- Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing best practices
- 2+ years of experience selling SEO or digital marketing services (agency or similar environment)
- Proven track record in outbound sales, lead generation, and appointment setting
- Strong understanding of SEO concepts (on-page, off-page, technical SEO basics)
- Experience discussing ROI, rankings, traffic growth, and conversion metrics with clients
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
