Job Summary
We are hiring a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-growing B2B company. This is a fully remote sales role focused on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline building.
You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging decision-makers, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for Account Executives. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates seeking remote sales jobs or looking to grow into a closing role in SaaS or B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify and qualify potential B2B clients through research and discovery
- Book high-quality meetings and demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked)
- Personalize messaging to engage prospects and improve conversion rates
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience with outbound sales (cold calling and emailing)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- SaaS sales experience is a strong bonus
- Experience selling to international markets (US/UK) is a plus
