About the Role
We’re hiring a Business Development Representative for a fast-growing international company looking to scale its outbound sales efforts. This is an exciting remote sales job ideal for candidates who thrive in high-performance environments and enjoy building relationships, generating leads, and driving business growth.
As a BDR, you’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospects, and booking qualified meetings for senior sales team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify and qualify potential customers based on ideal client profiles
- Generate high-quality leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects to drive long-term opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) role
- Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or cold outreach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experience selling SaaS, digital services, or tech solutions is a plus
