Job Summary

We’re seeking a high-performing Account Executive with a proven track record in closing deals within a B2B sales environment. This remote sales role focuses on managing the full sales cycle—from discovery calls to negotiation and closing.

You’ll work closely with Sales Development Representatives and leadership to drive revenue growth, making this role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and consistently exceeds quotas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and tailored sales presentations
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and key decision-makers
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to successfully close deals
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Collaborate with SDRs to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on customer insights
  • 3–6+ years of experience in Account Executive, Closing Sales, or B2B Sales roles
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong experience in SaaS or high-ticket B2B sales
  • Demonstrated ability to manage long and complex sales cycles
  • Exceptional negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working remotely with global teams (US/UK clients preferred)
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
