Job Summary
We are hiring a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a high-performing remote sales team. As an SDR, you’ll focus on outbound prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and booking high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify and qualify potential leads based on ideal customer profiles
- Book discovery calls and product demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs
- Research target companies and personalize outreach messaging
- 1–3+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative role or similar outbound sales position
- Proven experience in lead generation, cold outreach, and appointment setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Experience selling SaaS, tech, or B2B services is highly preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
