Job Summary
We are hiring a Sales Executive with proven experience in SEO or digital marketing agency sales. This is a high-impact role focused on driving new business through outbound sales.
This role is fully remote but requires candidates to be based in Cape Town for quarterly in-person team meetups and strategy sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound sales through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Identify, qualify business opportunities in the SEO/digital marketing space
- Conduct discovery calls and present tailored SEO solutions to potential clients
- Maintain and update pipelines using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Collaborate with internal marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets and KPIs
- Stay up to date with SEO trends and digital marketing innovations
- Proven sales experience within an SEO, digital marketing, or marketing agency environment
- Minimum 2+ years in a Sales Executive or Business Development role
- Strong understanding of SEO services and digital marketing solutions
- Demonstrated track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets
- Experience with outbound sales and high call volumes
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Must be based in Cape Town (required for quarterly meetups)
