Job Summary
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2+ years of outbound sales experience and a proven track record in the European market.
This is a high-impact, remote sales role where you will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities, engaging decision-makers across Europe, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone experienced in B2B lead generation, cold outreach, and multi-channel prospecting within European territories (UK, DACH, Nordics, or broader EU).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach targeting European markets
- Identify and qualify high-value leads within assigned European regions
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets
- Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders across different European countries
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies
- Continuously refine messaging based on European market nuances and buyer personas
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or similar outbound sales role
- Proven experience selling into European markets is mandatory (UK, EU, or specific regions such as DACH or Nordics)
- Strong understanding of European business culture and sales cycles
- Demonstrated success in cold outreach, lead generation, and pipeline building
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (additional European languages are a plus)
- Ability to work European business hours
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a remote environment

- Experience working in Tech, SaaS, or high-growth startup environments
- Familiarity with selling digital products, SaaS platforms, or subscription-based solutions
- Exposure to B2B SaaS sales cycles and metrics (ARR, MRR, pipeline conversion)
- Additional European language skills (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Dutch)
