Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Paralegal to support corporate legal operations, contract lifecycle management, and compliance processes. This is a fully remote role ideal for candidates with experience in corporate law, contract drafting, and legal documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, NDAs, and service agreements
- Support contract lifecycle management (CLM), including tracking and renewals
- Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and compliance matters
- Assist with company filings, regulatory requirements, and compliance tracking
- Maintain organized legal records, databases, and document management systems
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, leadership) on legal requests
- Support due diligence processes and risk assessments
- 2β4 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in corporate or commercial law
- Strong experience with contract drafting and review
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory processes
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Experience with legal tools such as CLM systems, document management platforms, or CRMs
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
