Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Email Marketing Client Manager to lead client accounts and execute high-performing email marketing strategies.
This is a remote email marketing role ideal for someone with strong Klaviyo expertise, client management experience, and a proven track record in driving revenue through email and SMS campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with multiple eCommerce clients
- Develop and execute Klaviyo email & SMS strategies (campaigns, flows, automations)
- Build and optimize key flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback)
- Oversee campaign planning, scheduling, and execution
- Analyze performance metrics (open rates, CTR, revenue per recipient) and optimize campaigns
- Conduct client calls, reporting, and strategic reviews
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to deliver high-converting campaigns
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to account growth
- 2β5+ years of experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (mandatory)
- Proven experience managing client accounts (agency or in-house)
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
- Experience working with eCommerce/DTC brands
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced remote environment
