Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) with 5+ years of experience in outbound sales and lead generation. This is a high-performance remote sales role focused on identifying new business opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and building a strong sales pipeline.

You will play a critical role in driving revenue by prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up high-quality meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Identify, research, and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) across key industries
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Book discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
  • Develop personalized outreach strategies tailored to target prospects
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline generated, conversion rates)
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or Outbound Sales
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach platforms (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft)
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
  • Ability to engage with decision-makers and stakeholders across different industries
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Experience working in a remote, fast-paced, and target-driven environment
  • Experience in SaaS, Tech, or B2B services is highly preferred
