Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist with at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns. In this remote role, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns that drive measurable results such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
This role is ideal for a data-driven digital marketer who understands performance marketing, keyword strategy, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking. You will work closely with marketing and growth teams to scale campaigns and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and Performance Max.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-performing opportunities.
- Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance.
- Create and test ad copy variations and landing page recommendations.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement A/B testing strategies.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Analyze performance data and provide weekly/monthly reporting with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaign strategy and growth initiatives.
- Stay up to date with Google Ads updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing successful paid search campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Experience working with lead generation or eCommerce campaigns.
- Excellent English communication skills.
