Job Summary

We’re hiring motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.

As an SDR, you’ll be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for Account Executives. This role is ideal for ambitious professionals who thrive in target-driven environments and want to build a long-term career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
  • Qualify leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria
  • Book meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly meeting and activity targets
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve messaging
  • Track and report on KPIs including calls, emails, meetings booked, and conversion rates
  • 6 months to 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or cold calling (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles)
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Confidence in making outbound calls
  • Basic understanding of sales pipelines and qualification processes
  • Experience using CRM tools is a plus
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven
  • Comfortable working in UK or US time zones
  • Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
