Job Summary

We’re hiring a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to manage client accounts, strengthen long-term partnerships, and identify growth opportunities.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in B2B account management, customer success, or client services who understand how to retain clients, increase account value, and act as a trusted advisor.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction, renewal, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of B2B client accounts
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy calls
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account revenue
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client success
  • Monitor account health metrics and proactively address risks
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and performance summaries
  • Support contract renewals and commercial negotiations
  • Maintain accurate account data within CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
    • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales
    • Proven track record of client retention and revenue growth
    • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
    • Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
    • Comfortable handling client calls and presentations
    • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms)
    • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent written and spoken English
    • Experience working with UK or US clients preferred
