Job Summary
We’re hiring a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist (Facebook & Instagram Ads Expert) to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns for high-growth international brands.
This is an exciting opportunity for a performance marketer who understands paid acquisition, audience targeting, creative testing, and conversion optimization. If you have a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record running profitable campaigns on Meta platforms, this remote digital marketing role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram using Meta Ads Manager
- Conduct audience research and develop high-converting targeting strategies
- Build and test campaign structures (ABO/CBO), creatives, copy, and landing pages
- Monitor key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM) and optimize daily
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target acquisition costs
- Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Track performance using Meta Pixel, GA4, and other analytics tools
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Must-Have:
- 2+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
- Proven track record of generating consistent ROI and scaling ad spend
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, Meta Pixel setup, and attribution models
- Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, lead generation, or DTC brands
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.)
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent written communication skills (ad copy testing experience is a plus)
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with CRM integrations and automations.
- Experience managing global client accounts.
- Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, Asana, and similar tools
