Job Summary
We are hiring a Marketing Leader to own and architect the entire marketing engine from MQL generation to pipeline contribution.
This is not a traditional brand marketing role. We’re looking for a performance-driven marketing engineer who understands modern GTM systems, signal-based outbound, automation, and AI-powered marketing workflows.
You’ll operate like a Head of Growth or VP of Marketing in a startup grind environment owning budget, experimentation velocity, MQL production, and revenue attribution.
If you’ve worked in a high-performance agency, love building systems, and obsess over cost per pipeline dollar, this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale monthly MQL generation
- Drive MQL → SQL conversion rate optimization
- Reduce Cost per MQL and Cost per Pipeline Dollar
- Build and manage full-funnel performance marketing campaigns
- Architect inbound demand generation strategy (brand + content + outbound synergy)
- Launch signal-based and data-driven campaigns using Clay and modern GTM tools
- Develop content systems that directly contribute to measurable pipeline
- Implement full CRM attribution tracking and reporting
- Manage marketing budget allocation and ROI optimization
- Build scalable acquisition experiments and automation workflows
- Collaborate closely with leadership to refine ICP and positioning
- Create brand-sourced inbound lead engine
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in Marketing Agencies or Marketing Services.
- Strong background in performance marketing and growth
- Direct experience owning and managing marketing budgets
- Deep familiarity with modern GTM tooling
- Clay expertise (mandatory)
- Experience working in or with agencies
- Strong understanding of SaaS GTM motions
- CRM attribution and funnel analytics expertise.
- Comfort in startup, high-accountability environments
- AI-first mindset with automation experience
- Familiarity with tools like Smartlead, HeyReach, n8n
- Experience building outbound + inbound hybrid demand engines
