Job Summary

As a Senior Social Media Manager, you will take ownership of the brand’s social presence, develop scalable growth strategies, and drive measurable engagement and revenue impact. You’ll be responsible not only for execution but also for strategic direction, analytics, and campaign optimization.

This role is ideal for professionals experienced in scaling social accounts, building content engines, and managing cross-functional marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive, multi-platform social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
  • Drive organic growth through audience engagement, influencer collaborations, and community building.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Oversee brand voice, messaging consistency, and storytelling across channels.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video editors to produce high-performing content.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.
  • Report on KPIs including engagement rate, reach, conversion rate, CAC, and revenue contribution.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand growth (senior-level ownership required).
  • Proven track record of scaling social media accounts and driving measurable results.
  • Experience managing both organic and paid social campaigns with performance targets.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools and performance tracking dashboards.
  • Experience with scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar.
  • Proficiency in content strategy, copywriting, and storytelling.
  • Basic design and video editing knowledge (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
