Job Summary
We’re hiring a Growth Marketer to support client growth through a mix of SEO, content strategy, and paid digital advertising across Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
This is a client-facing, performance-focused role where you’ll manage campaigns from setup to optimisation, analyse results, and continuously test new growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid ad campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- -LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO improvements
- Support and execute content strategies (blogs, landing pages, ad copy)
- Collaborate with designers and developers to improve landing page performance
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and ad platform dashboards
- Optimise campaigns based on data insights (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates)
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients
- Contribute ideas for experimentation, A/B testing, and new growth channels
Must-Have:
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing
- Hands-on experience running paid ads on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
- Working knowledge of SEO (on-page SEO, basic technical SEO, keyword research)
- Experience building or supporting content strategies
- Strong copywriting skills for ads, landing pages, and web content
- Experience managing multiple client accounts or projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-client environment
Nice-to-Have (Big Plus):
- Experience in an agency or client-services environment
- B2B marketing experience
- Exposure to SaaS, tech, or professional services clients
- Experience reporting on performance metrics and optimising based on data
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush
- Basic CRO and landing page optimisation experience
