Job Summary

Weโ€™re seeking highly skilled and data-driven Meta Ads Specialists to join our global network of remote marketing talent. As a Meta Ads Specialist, you'll take ownership of paid social strategies, create high-converting ad campaigns, and drive measurable business outcomes for top-tier brands. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Audience Network
  • Conduct in-depth audience research and segment targeting using Meta Business Manager
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for ROI and scale, focusing on key metrics like ROAS, CPA, and CTR
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, targeting, and landing pages
  • Collaborate with creative teams to brief and review visuals, copy, and video assets
  • Analyze and report campaign performance with actionable insights
  • Stay updated on Meta Ads platform changes and evolving best practices

Must-Have:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with campaign data and KPIs
  • Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Events Manager, and advanced retargeting
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and tools like Google Analytics, Supermetrics, or Looker Studio
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Experience working with global brands, eCommerce, or lead generation is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours aligned with UK or US time zones

Nice-to-Have:
