Job Summary

We’re hiring driven and ambitious Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our global sales network. As a BDR, you’ll play a key role in generating qualified leads, booking meetings, and building pipeline for fast-growing companies. You’ll work directly with sales and marketing teams to engage potential clients through outbound strategies including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and social channels.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and set meetings for Account Executives.
  • Research and identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) across various industries.
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage pipeline and track outreach.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and conversions.
  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not required for entry-level candidates).
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Confident on the phone and comfortable handling objections.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
