With a client base spanning the US, Europe, and Australia, their mission is to redefine the lead generation landscape for B2B companies by delivering consistent pipelines and qualified appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously, adjusting strategy as needed
- Book 20โ30 qualified appointments per month across active accounts
- Make 70โ100 outbound calls daily, primarily targeting US-based B2B companies
- Track and analyze outreach metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversions) to optimize performance
- Maintain accurate activity records in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Reply.io, Expandi.io, Instantly, and Google Sheets
- Collaborate with account teams to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or Appointment Setter in a B2B outbound sales environment
- Proven success in cold calling and lead generation for US-based markets
- Proficient with outbound sales tools and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Comfortable working independently and adapting to shifting client priorities
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Background
- Prior experience at a lead generation or sales enablement agency
- Familiarity with SaaS, MarTech, or B2B service industries
- Analytical mindset and ability to act on performance data
