Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct screening calls and initial interviews for a high volume of candidates across multiple roles.
  • Prepare and issue job offers efficiently and accurately at scale.
  • Manage recruitment operations and administrative tasks, ensuring data accuracy and compliance throughout the process.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth candidate flow and timely communication.
  • Utilize recruitment tools and office applications (CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, ChatGPT, and related systems) to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment operations.
  • Proven experience managing screening, interviewing, and offer preparation processes at scale.
  • Strong administrative skills with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • Bilingual in English and French (highly preferred).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
