Key Responsibilities
- Make 80–120 outbound calls daily to potential clients within assigned markets.
- Conduct prospecting, qualification, and lead nurturing through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to manage pipeline and track activities.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified leads.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and energy in every interaction.
- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, connections, and booked meetings.
- 1-3 years of experience in an outbound sales or cold calling role (SDR, BDR, or telemarketing).
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, etc.).
- Strong objection-handling skills and resilience in high-pressure sales environments.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented with a growth mindset.
