Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound high volume prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Research and identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked)
- 1+ years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation (preferably in B2B SaaS or digital services)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of the sales process and pipeline management
- Comfortable with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Slack, etc.)
- Resilient, coachable, and target-driven mindset
