Engagement: Independent Contractor

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to cold and warm leads across target industries.
  • Qualify prospects using established criteria and identify decision-makers.
  • Set up discovery calls and appointments for the closing team.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with team leads to iterate on messaging and outreach strategy.
  • Consistently meet daily and weekly KPIs for calls and booked meetings.
  • 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or outbound calling role (call center, BPO, or sales preferred).
  • Comfortable with High Call Volume - 100+ calls a day
  • Excellent verbal English communication and phone handling skills.
  • Highly coachable, organised, and self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, PipeDrive, or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and rejection—resilient mindset is key!
  • Reliable Laptop/Computer with stable WiFi
