Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a full sales pipeline from discovery to close
- Conduct product demos and guide prospects through the buyer journey
- Identify client pain points and tailor value-driven solutions
- Manage CRM data, sales notes, and follow-ups with precision
- Collaborate closely with SDRs, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Continuously optimize your sales process through feedback and analytics
- 1โ3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech-enabled services
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas
- Previous experience closing deals
- Excellent English communication and persuasion skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience using CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
- Prior SDR experience (outbound or inbound) is a plus
- Availability to work in either UK or US time zones
