Job Summary
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads to fuel the sales pipeline. You’ll engage decision-makers via email, phone, and LinkedIn, setting up discovery calls for the sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic fintech company at a high-growth stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research target companies across UK and European markets.
- Conduct high-volume outreach via email and LinkedIn, focusing on quality conversations.
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the Account Executive team.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track activity meticulously.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and lead generation efforts.
- 2+ years' of experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales (preferably for UK clients).
- Exceptional written English with a professional, articulate tone.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, PipeDrive, or similar).
- Experience in fintech or SaaS is advantageous but not required
